1. PHOTO STYLIST (PHOS) : Maintain photo shoot schedules and timelines, select and build sets including Prepp merchandise, casting models and production teams, hands-on organization of the entire photo process including styling, shooting, editing and management of imagery for use in print.

2. PRODUCT STYLIST (PROS) : do all design aspect; initial sketches, detailed drawings, specification sheets, help merchandiser to build concept with regard to theme, atmosphere, color, shapes, fabrics and trims.

3. SENIOR GRAPICH DESIGNER (SGD) : Manage a team of graphic designers in order to develop and produce the artwork for the company’s catalog.

4. TRANSLATOR (TRANS) : Make a translation of catalogue in English and French, edit the translation become a an attractive and commercial language.

5. AREA TRAINING MANAGR (ATM) : Give training and presentation to the future member, member, group leader and BC, make training budget & training module based on training category, make evaluation and follow up training feed back.

6. JR PUBLIC RELATION (JRPR) : Propose design catalogue program together with Mktg & Mgmnt to build Sophie Brand Image, build relation with TV, media, advertising agency, PH, External consultant to support, company promo activities.

7. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT (SDE) : To make a program (new, program and enhancement) especially in the Axapta ERP software environment, Axapta ERP software maintenance (optimization, Troubleshooting, etc), SQL server maintenance (data purge, data consistency check, etc)

8. PURCHASING ASSISTANT MANAGER (PAM) : Review specification Product from pre approval form, control PO and delivery, control consumption from our optitex on time, reviews sales from reorder goods.

9. PRODUCTION PLANNING ASSISTANT (PPAM) : coordinate with the factories, production follow up, deliveries of Raw Material from our Warehouse to factories, Finish Goods deliveries from factories to our Warehouse.

10. SAMPLE ROOM COORDINATOR (SCR) : To coordinate all sample room, pattern making and optitex activities, cater the requirement and need from Designers and Product Managers.

11. OPTITEX OPERATO/DEGITIZER (OOD): To make optimized consumption for bags based on request from Designers/PM in timely manner, ensure all pattern are properly keyed in to Optitex and in timely manner.

12. PATTERN MAKER (PMA) : To make pattern for bags based on request from designer, based on samples or product memo, give technical inputs to SR coordinator, design and PM

13. TAILOR (TAIL) : Make a bag from a picture or original model from designer, make pattern of bag and get approval from design director.

14. FACE BOOK / MY SPACE / WEBSITE OPERATOR : Create company profile, update & replay all website inquiries


Requirement:
a. No Exp & Diploma but have a strong sense of fashion (1&2)
b. Exp/Understanding of graphic Design (1-3), work with supervision, detail, strong leadership (1&3)
c. Strong a sense of design, able to combine technical commercial and aesthetics aspects, team player, respect budget timelines & business constraints(2)
d. Exp in print design, worked for a fashion magazine / catalogue retailer / similar & Expert in illustrator, photoshop, indesign, photoshop / Mac iIIustrator, Dynamic Team Plyr, creative, strong sense of design, work well in startup & cross cultural contexts (3)
e. English Native, Degreein: Journalism, Advertising, English, Marketing, Communications or equivalent, interestin fashion and Feminine press, have skill to enrich product description in bahasa and make attractive in English(4), Expattriat are welcome (1-4)
f. Good knowledge of Sales, Communication Pre, sentation Skill, Dynamic, Proactive, Busines Oriented, Good Organization Skill & willing to travel all over Indonesia (5&6).

II. PERSYARATAN UMUM
1. Warga Negara Indonesia.
2. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun, dan setinggi-tingginya 35 (tiga
puluh lima) tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2008.
3. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang
sudah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana
kejahatan.
4. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan
hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil atau diberhentikan tidak hormat sebagai swasta.
5. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon/Pegawai Negeri.
6. Mempunyai pendidikan, kecakapan, keahlian dan ketrampilan yang diperlukan.
7. Berkelakuan baik yang diwujudkan dalam SKCK dari Polres setempat.

9. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia atau

1. Yang dilampirkan pada saat melamar via Kantor Pos/Titipan Kilat yang pada
Amplop/Sampul Surat dibubuhi stempel.
 Surat lamaran bermaterai Rp. 6.000,- ditujukan kepada KAPOLRI U.p. De SDM
Kapolri (ditulis tangan dengan huruf balok dan tinta hitam).
Pas foto hitam putih ukuran 2 x 3 cm = 2 lembar, 3 x 4 cm = 2 lembar dan ditulis
nama dibelakangnya (tidak memakai tutup kepala, kacamata, jaket, rompi, kaos
oblong, bando).
Fotokopi STTB/Ijazah Dikum terakhir yang digunakan untuk melamar serta
disahkan oleh :
1) Ijazah Pendidikan Tinggi :
a) Yang dikeluarkan oleh Universitas dan Institut, dilegalisir oleh Rektor
atau Dekan.
b) Yang dikeluarkan oleh sekolah Tinggi, dilegalisir oleh Ketua atau
Pembantu Ketua I Bidang Akademik.
c) Yang dikeluarkan Politeknik dan atau Akademi, dilegalisir oleh

Fotokopi Surat Keterangan Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani dari Institusi Kesehatan
Resmi (Puskesmas atau Rumah Sakit Pemerintah, ditanda tangani, diregister
dan di stempel), dilampirkan pada saat mendaftar melalui pos.
 Fotokopi Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) dari Polres setempat
yang terbaru dan disahkan oleh Pejabat yang berwenang.
 Fotokopi Akte Kelahiran/Surat Kenal lahir yang disahkan oleh Pejabat yang

 Fotokopi Tanda Pencari Kerja (Kartu kuning) dari Depnakertrans dan disahkan
