- Mampu menjaga hubungan baik antara management dan pekerja.
- Mampu menyelesaikan perselisihan industrial dan keluhan di tempat kerja, dapat bertindak sebagai wakil manajemen ketika diskusi sedang berlangsung dengan serikat buruh.
- Menguasai dengan baik UU Ketenaga kerjaan & Peraturan yang berkaitan dengan hubungan industrial.
- Memiliki koordinasi yang baik terhadap badan-badan pemerintahan / tokoh-tokoh masyarakat terkait.
- Mengerti dan menguasai sistem Kepersonaliaan & General Affair dibidang perkebunan.
