1. Chief Housekeeper
• Male, max 40 years old
• Holding Bachelor degree
• Having 5 years working experience in the same position, preferably
from hospitality industry
• Knowledgeable of hygiene, sanitation and cleaning technology
• Possess strong leadership
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken

2. Legal Manager
• Male/Female, max 37 years old
• Bachelor degree in Law, majoring Hukum Perdata.
• Experience in the same position for min. 3 years, preferably from law firm.
• Possess strong leadership.
• Energetic, self-motivated and strong determination.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

3. Senior Legal Staff
• Male, max 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Law, majoring Hukum Perdata.

• Excellent ability in agreement review, legal document preparation, etc.
• Energetic, self-motivated and strong determination.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

4. Training Executive
• Male/ Female, age between 25 - 30 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Trainer.
• Excellent ability in delivering training materials.
• Having knowledge in conducting Training Need Analysis and Training
Evaluation.
• Service oriented and able to think strategically.
• Energetic, self-motivated and strong determination.

5. Technician Staff
• Male, age between 18 - 25 years old.
• Graduate from SMK majoring Electrical/ Mechanic/ Civil.
