Microfinance Innovation Center for Resources & Alternatives, a local foundation founded by Mercy Corps with the purpose of building the Institutional strength in microfinance sector, is looking for qualified Indonesian citizens to join with us. The positions are full-time consulting contracts. All positions are based in Jakarta; require strong English language and computer skills, the ability to travel, and the following qualifications and requirements:

Head of Research Unit (Code : HRU)
• Master degree in economic, business, finance
• At least 10 yrs experience in development and Implementation of research projects, preferably related to finance or economic development
• Experience in leading research project and writing reports
• At least 5 yrs experience in management
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including ability in strategic planning, as wE;!ll as to develop and manage work plan and budget
• Demonstrated experience in client management and market research projects;

Head of Credit Rating Unit (Code: HCRU)
• Specialization on Institutional Credit Assessment
• Should have ability to analyze Financial Statements and Ratios.
• Knowledge of microfinance sector is a plus
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight
• At least 5 yrs experience in management
• Demonstrated experience In client management and business development
• English language fluency and solid redaction skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel;

Opperations Expert - local Consultant (Code : OEC)
• University degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance and minimum of three years management experience in Finance and/or aperations
• Understanding of the consulting business is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in accounting, financial management, implementing good reporting and MIS systems
• Ability to successfully form and work within a team
• Results.-oriented and goal-driven, highly initiative
• Strong English language skills, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Monitoring & Evaluation (Code: ME)
• Bachelor Degree in Economic or Statistic
• Minimum 2 years experiences on research methods and performance measurement
• Having knowledge on microfinance sector in Indonesia
• Familiar with Database Management
• Having skills to operate data analysis and statistical software (SPSS, STATA, SAS)
• Preferably has working experience with intemational agencies on development issues (would be an advantage)

Microfinance Training Experts Jakarta
• Demonstrated experience as microfinance consultant and/or trainer in field of microfinance or operational banking, minimum in three years
• Significant practical wo,rk experience related to microfinance, banking or other financial services
• Demonstrated experience in client management and ability to market Technical Assistance products
• Strong 'English language skills and proven ability in writing consultant report.
