2. EXPORT SALES MANAGER
Responsible for penetrating new international territories and establishing the company's market position through successful customer relationships and distribution channels.
• S1 Marketing / Business / Industrial Engineering
• Male, max 35 years old, Chinese Ethni
• 6 years in Export Sales Department of Manufacturing Companies with minimum 2 years in managerial levels
• Good proven track records in Sales & Marketing
• Experienced in Export oriented manufacturer of plastic sheets / other types of Building Products.
• Strong business acumen, hardworking, willing to travel extensively and eager to meet challenges
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent English both written & oral, Mandarin is highly advantageous
3. ENGINEERING, MAINTENANCE & SAFETY MANAGER
Responsible for directing our plant engineering strategy and equipment maintenance strategy/operations , technical infrastructure management, and Occupational Health & Safety policy implementation.
• S1 Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering, max 35 years old
• 8 years in manufacturing industry, preferably in chemical / plastic / paper industries with minimum 4 years in managerial levels
• Experienced in engineering, preventive maintenance & maintenance utilities equipment, such as boiller, genset, pumps, oven & cooling system, hoist, pneumatic equipment, etc
• Strong leadership, good team work, planning, communication and interpersonal skill are essential
• English is a must, Mandarin is highly advantageous
4. GENERAL AFFAIR SENIOR SUPERVISOR
Responsible for building maintenance, office & plant cleanliness, Vehicle maintenance, Utility ( AC, PABX, Electricity, Gas, etc. ) & general facilities (catering, transportation, etc.)
• S1 Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
• Male, max 35 years old
• Have knowledge about ISO 9001 and 5R
• Min 5 years experience in the same field
5. IT SPECIALIST
Responsible for ensuring ERP System ( MFG Pro ) implementation is running well
• S1 Computer Science, 25 - 30 years old, Chinese Ethnic
• 3 years in Hardware & LAN Trouble Shooter, standard software maintenance, e-mail server (mdaemon) & internet
• Good knowledge about programming language
• Able to work independently or in team
• Familiar with ERP System is highly advantageous
6. PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Responsible for leading & controlling production activities.
• D3 / S1 in Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
• Male, 28 - 33 years old
• 4 years experience as a Leader in Production / Quality Control in Plastic / Glass Industries
• Able to work in shift
• Have knowledge about ISO 9001 and 5R
( 9 persons => 4 from Chemical Engineering, 3 from Industrial Engineering, 2 from Mechanical Engineering )
7. GLASS MOULD SUPERVISOR (JS-GMS)
• D3 / S1 in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
• Male, Max 30 years old
• 2 years experience as a Leader in Quality Control in Plastic / Glass Industries
• Have knowledge about ISO 9001 and 5R
8. QUALITY CONTROL SHIFT LEADER (JS-SLQC)
• S1 degree in Chemical Engineering
• Male, Max 28 years old
• 2 years experience as a Leader in Quality Control in Polymerization / Chemical Industries
• Able to work in shift hour
• Have knowledge about ISO 9001 and 5R
