Recruitment Officer

Hold a Bachelor Degree S1 Psychologi
Maximum 27 years old
Fresh graduate with some interview experience is preferable.
Fast learner, hard worker, excellent interpersonal skill, able to work underpressure.

Responsibilities:
Recruit employees according to qualification required
Implement and/or develop company's selection and recruitment process.
Handling some administrative work related to the position (i.e. maintain candidates and employee's resume, maintain employee's database, keep the confidentiality of some documents, etc)
