AREA COORDINATOR (AC-SWS)
This Position will be placed in:
Surabaya (S) and Tangerang (T)
JOB SUMMARY:
To assist the PM especially on the implementation of the community mobilization side of SWS project in each working area which also provide technical assistant to the facilitator as well as maintaining contact support from local government, at the assigned project area/community so that the project will provide positive impact to the beneficiaries as stated in the project objective.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Supervises all of the implementation activities of the project
· Ensure proper coordination with local Government, other stake holders and partner
· Report on project implementation benchmarks, monthly and quarterly reports.
· In coordination with training assistant to provide training to community and CBO’s and other organizations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· S1 or D3 Degree in related field
· Strong communication and facilitating skill
· Able to facilitate and develop community groups
· Able to maintain good relationship with Able to relate well and work work with local government officials (RT,RW,Kelurahan/ Desa,Kecamatan, etc)
· Previous experience with local or international NGOs in behavior change communication activities would be an advantage
· Able to collaborate with GOI official, other USAID program
· Computer literate (MS Office)
· Good leadership and team player
· Home base at the position’s placement area will be preferable
COMMUNITY MOBILIZATION TRAINING ASSISTANT (CMTA-SWS)
JOB SUMMARY:
The CM and Training Assistant is an integral member of the Aman Tirta Project team. The CM and Training Assistant will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of the project’s objectives by contributing to all efforts undertaken by the project’ for example training programs, conferences, community assessments, and public awareness campaigns. The CM & Training Assistant will be responsible for the following specific tasks and other tasks as may be assigned by the Project Manager.
This Position will be placed in Jakarta.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist the Community Mobilization and Training team leader in Supervising project implementation in target province
· In collaboration with Area coordinator to conduct training to NGO and relevant government and agencies in related project components and prepare reports;
· Assist and support Area coordinator and field staff in Organize and conduct community training;
· Follow up and keep up to date on training trends or best practices;
· Support the CM team leader in Liaise with Government agencies and NGO at all level;
· Assist the CM team leader in all administrative matter of the project implementation;
· Reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of training program and provide reports.
· Other related duties as assigned by supervisor

FIELD FACILITATOR (FF-SWS)
This Position will be placed in:
Surabaya (S), Bandung (B), Jakarta (J), Tangerang (T), Medan (M) and Sulawesi Selatan (SS)
JOB SUMMARY:
To assist the AC especially on the implementation of the communities, as well as provide training and socialization to the community groups and organization. So that the project will provide good impact to the beneficiaries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work with organizations and informal groups across the target areas to provide information to the community on the options of water treatment.
· Organize meetings or events together with the village leaders for the purpose of safe water campaign to the community.
· Maintain direct communication with NTR on the sales/marketing of the product.
· Work in co-operation with Local Government, opinion leaders, religious groups, CBOs, etc to ensure that information reached all people in an appropriate and correct way
· Conduct training program and product campaign at the community
· Establish good working relations with a wide range of organizations within the targeted areas.
· Establish good relationship with main and sub distributor
· Take part in other BHS partners events to share good practice and maintain and update skills
· Monitoring all activities result in the community every month.
· Provide timely and accurate progress reports for the supervisor and other partners as appropriate
· Undertake such other duties consistent with the level of this post as may from time to time be required as determined by the Supervisor
