A company in capital market industry - subsidiary company of Indonesia Stock Exchange,
urgently needs some candidates to fill position as:



Human Resource Officer



Job Role:
- Providing support for the formula tio n and implementation of company programs, policies, guidelines and practices in organization development to increase organization efficiency.
- Planing, organizing and implementing programs in a variety of generalist HR activities, including training & development, performance management, career planning, and other HR functions in order to increase employee productivity.
- Conducting need assessments and related due diligence work to develop Human Resources System

Qualification
• Min. Bachelors (S1) degree from reputable universities
• From any disciplines with min. 1 year experience of working in human resources area
• Min. GPA: 2.75 (scale : 4.00);
• Good written and spoken in English;

• Personal skills:
 Strategic thinking and High achievement
 Good team work and continuous learning improvement
 Self Starter
