seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our
team in the following position:

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM HEAD (QMS-HD)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and control KPSI QMS documents; provide
input to the Management to ensure continuous improvement of KPSI
QMS; organize and ensure QMS audits are performs as per schedule;
action results of internal audit, management review, and external
audit in conjunction with KPSI personnel; assist KPSI personnel with
the development of QMS to ensure they implement the requirements of
the ISO 9000:2000; assess the quality systems of consultants,
suppliers, and subcontractors for compliance with the contract /
project requirements; organize and ensure surveillance and audit
activities on suppliers and subcontractors to verify compliance with
project / contract requirements; implement non-conformance control
system for recording, action, and closing out non-conformance and
recording costs of remedial actions; record progress on works to
ensure information is available for QMS reporting as required.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial
engineering from reputable university; 5-7 years relevant experience
in similar area with minimum 1 year at similar level; familiar with
forestry management qualifications; qualified as Internal QMS and
Lead Auditor; qualified as Workplace Trainer; familiar with HSE
System regulation and requirements; excellent understanding of QMS
and ISO 9001:2000 requirements; mastering Basic Finance skills;
familiar with national and international codes and applicable
standard; basic SAP knowledge; IT Literacy; computer and English
literate; excellent communication skills; good levels of
concentration; facilitating; personal impact and effectiveness;
innovative and demonstrate initiative; able to secure information;
good problem solving techniques; team-oriented; able to think
conceptually and laterally; able to cope with additional
responsibilities; having high standard of personal conduct;
preparedness to share knowledge; willing to travel and relocate to
Kalimantan.
